I grew up in Ohio, a fact that sometimes gets me into trouble in my new hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan. My love for the Columbus Blue Jackets, Jeni's Ice Cream, and walks across Otterbein University's campus with a Java Central coffee in hand will never fade. Yet, moving to a place where I knew nobody and nothing has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I'm a proud member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, a brotherhood that has literally and figuratively changed my life's path many times. I find immense joy in working with college students daily, helping them uncover the value of fraternity and sorority life and their true leadership potential. My passion for fostering leadership and personal development led me to start 'We Can Move Mindsets.' I strive to inspire others to reach success together, embracing the philosophy that we should never summit alone.
Seeing individuals and teams transform, discovering their strengths, and building a culture of understanding and collaboration—this is what drives me. I’ve had the privilege of delivering keynote programs and facilitating CliftonStrengths workshops for corporations, non-profit organizations, and higher education professionals across North America. My approach is deeply rooted in authenticity, storytelling, and a touch of humor, creating an environment where people feel empowered to open up, connect, and grow.
I find joy in the simple pleasures of life. I can't stop listening to Kasey Gelsomino's Spotify Playlist, "oat milk lattes in the mountains." Deer are my favorite animals, besides my family dogs, Izzie and Buddy. My favorite color is orange, though green is a close second. Soup is my favorite food, and I won't be answering any questions about that at this time.
I believe in the power of collective growth and support. I’m here to help you and your team move mindsets and achieve new heights together.
